Kaduna’s continental debut live on SuperSport

Nigerian campaigners, Kaduna United will kick off their maiden appearance in an African club championship this Saturday on your World of Champions.

The Orange Caf Confederation Cup game between Kaduna United and Interclube of Angola will take place at the Kaduna Township Stadium and will be live on SuperSport Five Nigeria from 2pm local time.

Head coach of Kaduna United, Maurice Cooreman is proud to be part of this historic moment at the club.

The Belgian coach also hopes that his men will start their preliminary game against the Angolans on a winning note on your World of Champions.

Cooreman says: “I am happy to be part of history at this club. We are the first to win an FA Cup in Nigeria with this team. And now, we are the first to play on the continent with this team. I am confident that we will start with a win against Interclube though we know that they are a good side for having come this far in this competition.

“My team have quality players and these players will give their best to win our first game, which is important to our ambition in the Confederation Cup this year.”

Cooreman will make his selection from a group of players such as Papa Idris, Emmanuel Bivan, Siman Yusuf, Jude Aneke, Chinedu Agwu, Benjamin Ishaya, Victor Ezema, Rabiu Baita, Fidelis Saviour and Samson Auta longing to feature live on SuperSport.
