Dolphins new signings, Xavier Mendy [pictured], Victor Alegbe, Bolaji Sakin and Ebube Okpokwu, could make their debut for the Port Harcourt club this Sunday.
The three-time Glo Premier League champions are away to Crown FC and the four players are among 18 playing personnel who made the trip to Ibadan.
Senegalese defender, Mendy is already looking forward to starting life with Dolphins in the Nigerian premier division on a high tone.
The former ASFA Yennega man also made a bold declaration to that effect saying he joined Dolphins to win trophies.
“If I get to play in Ibadan, it will be the start of great things to come for Dolphins which I see as a great side, one that always wants to win.
“I always win wherever I go and Dolphins will not be different,” Mendy said.
Dolphins last week announced the signing of Mendy on a one-year contract while they also snapped up Alegbe and Ayobanmi Asekunuwo on season-long loans from second tier outfit, Wikki Tourists.
Ivorien midfielder, Alhassane Dosso, is another new signing hooked last week by the club. Dosso, who was previously in the books of Dolphins, did not make the trip to Ibadan for the Crown FC clash this Sunday.
Dolphins have played just a game this season at Heartland where they took a point after a 1-1 draw.
