Okemiri In Kwara Utd’s Camp

There are indications that relegated Nasarawa United defender, Ogbonna Okemiri, is in the camp of newly-promoted side, Kwara United ahead of the coming season. Okemiri, who is a member of the Beach soccer national team that won the recently-concluded edition of the African championship, left Nasarawa United that has been embroiled in crisis for failing to pay its players their signing-on fees. However, a source disclosed that the former Enyimba left-back may have tied a one-year deal with the Afonja Warriors ahead of the 2009/2010 season.
