Tornadoes’ Full-back to Join S’African Club

Left-full back of Niger Tornadoes, Kelvin Njoku, appears to have played himself into the hearts of Moroka Swallows’ officials after a month-long trial. In a matter of days, the player could sign for the South African Premier League side, but would have to wait till his potential employment secure a work permit for him to become a bona fide member of the Swallows. According to the club’s official website, it has contacted the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to facilitate the issuance of Njoku’s international clearance. "Swallows management confirms that the club has applied for Njoku's work permit, and are hoping for a speedy response from the Nigerian Football Association on the issue of his international clearance," a statement on the website of Swallows read.
