This is Shooting Stars Sports Club’s (3SC’s) second straight game at home, and this time it would be against Enugu Rangers. The Flying Antelopes’ last trip to Ibadan ended in a 0-1 loss on March 12, 2005. But 3SC has struggled in its home game and head coach, Phillip Boamah, admitted to that when he berated his team’s quality after last weekend’s goalless draw against Ocean Boys. In the 1970s and 1980s and into the 1990s, this was one game that was highly-rated and it is hoped that it lives to its billing.
