Shooting Stars Promotes Four Youth Players

Premier League side, Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC), appears to have handed four of its youth team players pre-contract terms.
Coach of Shooting Stars’ youth team, Babatunde Odubola, told Naijaligue.blogspot.com that the four players have been training with the club’s senior team before Week Nine when former head coach, Phillip Boamah, was in charge.
The players are Abiodun Akande, Chima Akas, Lukman Tijani and Abideen Hammed. Akande is a goalkeeper, tall and very good in the air, on the ground and one-on-one battle, according to Odubola while Akas can play from left back, left midfield and left wing positions.
Tijani is a striker from Oyo State and Hammed is a player in the mould of Akas, who can play anywhere on the left of the field.
