Aigbogun admires 3SC’s Alausa

Head coach of Warri Wolves, Paul Aigbogun, has surprisingly opened up on his admiration for 3SC veteran striker, Kabiru Alausa.
Aigbogun hinted that the former Sunshine Stars’ man impressed him during the game between Warri Wolves and 3SC at the Warri City Stadium more than a fortnight ago.
The Wolves’ manager did not hide his high regard especially for the physique of Alausa and how he held up play before he was substituted.
Aigbogun, who has since gone on vacation to see his family in the United Kingdom, said he might consider signing a player with the same features and style as Alausa to strengthen his side for the restart of the Nigeria Premier League (NPL).
“I think he is a decent player,” Aigbogun said of Alausa. “He is a big striker and powerful too with aerial ability. He showed that he’s got lots of experience with the way he played against us and I wouldn’t mind getting a player of his kind.”
SuperSport.com has learned that the management of Warri Wolves is ready to bring in additional playing personnel to the team.
But the club will wait for Aigbogun to return from his holidays in the UK before decisions will be made on adding any new players to the side.
