Two-time
African champions, Enyimba, have signed the striking duo of Victor Ezeji and
Bishop Onyeudo.
Both
players join the People's Elephant for the rest of the season for undisclosed
fees, Naijaligue.blogspot.com has learned.
Enyimba
will beat Wednesday's midnight deadline to register the two strikers.
An
official of the Aba club disclosed: "Victor and Bishop have signed for us.
They penned contracts on Tuesday afternoon in Aba and will be with us till the
end of this season. We will register them before the transfer window closes by
midnight. After registration they will be given squad numbers."
Onyeudo
joins from Gombe United where he scored eight goals in the first round of the
season.
Ezeji
is a free agent who last played for Sharks in the 2011/12 season.
The six-time Glo Nigeria Premier League champions did not stop at signing just Ezeji and Onyeudo, as they also landed John Huan, Emeka Nwanna also known as Ayaya and impressive attacking midfielder, Daniel Essien Etor.
The
Aba club will resume their campaign in the Glo Premier League at Heartland in a
southeast derby in Owerri on Wednesday and without the new players.
