Niger Tornadoes Shops For New Coach

Resigned with the loss of its coach, Justin Tenger, to Kwara United in the ongoing transfer window, Niger Tornadoes is beginning to draw up a list of coaches for interview in a bid to ensure that it can start the new season without hitch.

For now, the club has decided to keep the names on the list on its chest. But our correspondent understands that the duo of Godwin Uwua and Solomon Ogbeide may have been included the list.

It has also been revealed that in a bid to fence off tempting offers from other Premier League clubs for Tenger, the Niger State government made a last-minute move to keep him by offering the new Kwara United manager a land in choice area of Minna with the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) in his name.
