Captain of Ocean Boys, Blessing Okardi, appears to be fed up with life in the Premier League and wants an out in a bid to improve his career.
A close friend to the player, who won the league title in 2006, told our correspondent that Okardi is keen to move abroad before the start of the new season in either August or September.
Okardi said he wants to leave to leave Ocean Boys not for another Nigerian club so as not to spite his current employer because he feels the Bayelsa State club has given him the chance to polish his career this far.
