3SC Ready To Pounce On Kaduna Utd

The technical crew of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) knows that another chance of picking three points has presented itself, as the club plays host to Kaduna United on Wednesday at the Liberty Stadium in Ibadan.
One of the club’s strikers, Emmanuel Ikhimhin, told Naijaligue.blogspot.com that his side is ready to take all points at stake in the game.
“Our season has not started the way we will love it and now we are ready to win against Kaduna United,” Ikhimhin said probably knowing that his side’s next game would be a tough away game to Lobi Stars.
Shooting Stars’ head coach, Phillip Boamah, is keen to get his side’s campaign in the top-flight running after losing three games in its first five since returning to the Premier League after a three-year absence.
“In five games we have lost three games already and that is not the kind of start that we had hoped for. But now we have a chance to put ourselves back on track since it is still early in the season,” Boamah, a former player of the club, told Naijaligue.blogspot.com.
On the other hand, Kaduna United goes into this fixture with a financial crisis on its hands and this could be Shooting Stars’ ace in unlocking one of the two Kaduna sides competing in this season’s campaign.
