Dolphin Hooks Nwachi, Mba

Newcomer to the Globacom Premier League, Dolphin Football Club, has finally secured the services of Bayelsa United striker, Emma Nwachi and Enugu Rangers’ man, Sunday Mba.
According to a statement made available by Naijaligue.blogspot.com by the club’s media officer, China Acheru, Nwachi completed his move from the Nigerian champion, Bayelsa United, to Dolphin FC.
But Nwachi’s move had to be delayed since Bayelsa United was competing in the CAF Confederation Cup before it crashed out of the championship to Algerian representative, Setif Entente, in the semis.
Already, Dolphin FC had lured another Bayelsa United player, Jonah Abutu, to its fold to the start of this season’s campaign.
Acheru also stated that 40 players including the new arrivals resumed training on Thursday.
“Forty players trained on Thursday as Dolphins stepped up preparations for the League which resumes on November 18, 2009. Prominent amongst the players are Emma Nwachi who joined up from Bayelsa United where he has been for the last two seasons and former Golden Eaglets midfielder, Sunday Mba who signed from Rangers,” the statement from Dolphin FC read.
