Ocean Boys Battles Lobi Over Okardi

The management of Ocean Boys Football Club has demanded for its player, Blessing Okardi, to return after Lobi Stars refused to keep to an agreement over the transfer of the midfielder, who has scored twice in Lobi Stars’ challenge for the Premier League title.
The agreement between the two clubs could not be ascertained but an official of Ocean Boys told Naijaligue.blogspot.com that the 2006 champion wants to overturn the deal since Lobi Stars is refusing to come up with the transfer fee of about N3 million for the player.
Since the start of the season, Lobi Stars has ran into financial hitch and at a point its players were threatening to boycott its matches after the league resume following a three-week break due to the recently-concluded FIFA Under-17 World Cup.
