Bayelsa Utd Settles Into Yenagoa Stadium

Premier League champion, Bayelsa United, appears to have finally settled down into its new home at the Yenagoa Township Stadium also known as Samson Siasia Stadium in Bayelsa State.
The titleholder played its first game at the Yenagoa stadium on November 25 against Sharks Football Club and opened it with a 2 – 1 triumph.
Bayelsa United has also played host to Dolphin Football Club, Gateway Football Club, Wikki Tourist and Niger Tornadoes.
But the club’s management would be worried that its team has dropped points against Dolphin FC, Wikki Tourist and Niger Tornadoes in the last three games with all three games ended with an identical score-line of 1 – 1.
Naijaligue.blogspot.com understands that most of the players are still grappling to get used to the synthetic turf at the Yenagoa stadium.
