Eguma Confident Ahead Trip To Aba

Despite last Sunday’s 2-1 loss to Rangers in Enugu, Dolphin Football Club manager, Stanley Eguma, still insists that his side looks good to share the spoils in Aba when it confronts leader, Enyimba.
Dolphin FC went down to two early goals in Enugu despite having a better share of the ball possession before pulling one back late in the game through Captain Ejindu but Eguma is optimistic his side’s good play can result in goals.
“We played really well in Enugu and should have comfortably beaten our hosts but then again football is like that. I continue to insist that the first goal did not cross the line but the referees gave it as a goal,” Eguma argued.
“We missed a player like Emma Nwachi in the game against Rangers and we are hopeful he will be back for the Enyimba match. I have told the players that if they put in the kind of effort they did against Rangers in Aba, we could just be smiling home with the three points at stake but it is football and we always expect surprises.”
