Sharks Redeploys General Manager

Premier League side, Sharks Football Club, has relieved its general manager, Okey Kpalukwu, of his position, Naijaligue.blogspot.com understands.

According to a statement from the club, Kpalukwu’s removal as general manager of the Port Harcourt was announced last Friday.

No reason was given for the decision taken by the Rivers State sports ministry.

However, Kpalukwu may be redeployed to a new ministry on Monday by the Rivers State government, it was learnt.

Kpalukwu has been general manager at the Premier League club since 2007 and before his appointment was secretary of the Rivers State Traditional Rulers Council.
