JUTH Close To Premier League Return – Omolade

Striker of Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH) Football Club, Sunday Omolade, is confident that the Jos club would pick one of four places for promotion in the lower division at the end of the season.
He told Naijaligue.blogspot.com on Sunday that in spite of his side resting last weekend from league game, JUTH still remains top of the National Division IA with 32 points.
“I am confident that we will be returning to the Premier League at the end of this season. We have had a very good season in the Division I and for now, I don’t think that anyone can stop us from getting promotion at the end of the season,” Omolade said.
The JUTH FC striker, who is younger brother to former Enyimba captain, Ajibade Omolade, also played down insinuations that the club would underrate its remaining opponents in the ongoing season.
“No, we won’t underrate anybody because we have not won the promotion yet. We know how important it is for us to win promotion ticket for the club. Our fans have been behind us all season and the club management has done well too. So we are the ones now owing them to do well,” Omolade said.
