It appears that things are no longer same, as there is in-fighting among top officials of the management board at the Desert Scorpions’ camp in Gombe.
Influential members are said to be involved in cold war following different positions taken by Premier League outfit, Gombe United, in respect of the outstanding of contract fees owed players and backroom staff.
The club owes its players and officials contract fees to amounting to 170 per cent from last season.
A top official of the club fingered for being economical with the financial woes of the club refused to pick his telephone when Naijaligue.blogspot.com called him to react on the in-fighting inside the club.
