Cooreman To Replace Akpokona At Wolves

Kaduna United handler, Maurice Cooreman, will replace Lawrence Akpokona as the new coach of Premier League side, Warri Wolves.

The official website of the Premier League gathered that the deal has been sealed and Cooreman would join the Warri team after the Federation Cup competition where Kaduna United will play against Enyimba of Aba in the semi finals.

"Yes it is true that Cooreman would join Warri Wolves at the end of the Federation Cup. Everything has been done and the Belgian will certainly take over from Akpokona who the management felt did not justify the confidence reposed in him.

"And the management wants Cooreman to start on time to prepare the team to do well next season".

Warri Wolves finished sixth on the league table last season.
