Kano Pillars Cut Short Players’ Vacation

The management of Premier League runner-up, Kano Pillars, has decided to abruptly end the holidays of its players.
Chairman of the club, Tukur Babangida, told Naijaligue.blogspot.com that the recall of the players from their holidays is to ensure that the side begins preparation for the Super Four, which is scheduled to hold next month though the Nigeria Premier League (NPL) is yet to disclose a date or venue for the pre-season tournament.
The players are expected before the end of this month, according to Babangida.
“We have recalled our players from their holidays to return to camp because we need to prepare for the Super Four, which could take place next month,” the Kano Pillars’ chief said.
