The Nigeria Premier League (NPL) board has said that the season will finally come to an end on July 7.
Head of Competitions, Tunji Babalola, noted that all the rescheduled games would come up this weekend which will make way for the last matches next Wednesday.
"We are making all the arrangements to finish the season on Wednesday, 7th July. And this is why all the rescheduled games would be played this weekend.
"The board of the Nigeria Premier League also ratified the decision at their meeting on Wednesday and the matches will come up that day.
"We want to make sure that all things work well for the clubs that will take part in the last matches of the season," Babalola told www.npl.com.ng.
