Yaro Yaro fancies move to Kaduna Utd

There are indications that Kano Pillars legend, Ahmed Garba also called Yaro Yaro, is considering a switch from his hometown club to Premier League rival, Kaduna United.
Naijapremierleague.net gathered from sources close to the player that the Kaduna side, which will make its debut on the continent next year, believes the player’s experience will boost its campaign in the CAF Confederation Cup.
“Kaduna United need some experienced players to make an impact in the Confederation Cup and Yaro Yaro is one of the players on their list,” said the source.
When contacted by Naijapremierleague.net, the former Nigerian international confirmed the development.
“I was invited by Kaduna United, but we’ve only discussed. Nothing has happened. But a new experience would be nice at Kaduna United,” he said.
Yaro Yaro is one of the experienced players in the league. Back in 2003, the forward was a member of the Enyimba squad that won Nigeria’s first CAF Champions League.
Garba was close to making Nigeria’s squad at the France ’98 World and had stints at Tunisia, Germany and Denmark before returning home to play for Kano Pillars.
