Kwara Utd show Kpakor, Osagie exit door

With few days to the kick off of the second round of the Nigeria Premier League (NPL), the management of Kwara United has placed 12 players in the transfer market including the duo of Kelvin Kpakor and Monday Osagie.
SuperSport.com had reported in mid-March that the club will offload 12 players and shore up its playing personnel with six new players.
It has been learned that teenage attacking midfielder Kpakor, who is son to former Nigerian international, Moses Kpakor, has failed to impress head coach, Kadiri Ikhana.
Young Kpakor’s disciplinarian record at the club has also come under focus, as Ikhana is said to be unhappy with the player’s anti-club activities.
On the other hand, Osagie has been declared absent without leave since he was suspended indefinitely earlier in the season for misconduct.
Coincidentally, Kelvin Kpakor was one of the six players suspended indefinitely by Kwara United.
SuperSport.com has also gathered that two other big name players – Sibi Gwar and Soga Sambo – have been told to seek employment elsewhere by the management of the team.
It was learned that among those thrown into the labour market by the Premier League club include Sakiru Adetona, Mustapha Salihu, Yemi Olanrewaju, Benjamin Nwaogu, Lekan Agunloye and Chinedu Ajanah.
