Kelechi Emeteole [pictured] has made a dramatic return to Glo Premier League side, Heartland after he was named the club's head coach on Friday.
It is the fifth time that Emeteole will take charge of the Naze Millionaires after he parted ways with the Owerri club in June 2010.
A statement from Heartland on Friday clarified the appointment of Emeteole's appointment as their head coach for the 2013/14 Glo Premier League season.
“As part of the on-going effort to reposition the team for the coming season, the management has decided to appoint a ‘seasoned hand,’ Coach Kelechi Emeteole the new technical adviser. This appointment is with immediate effect,” the statement informed.
Emeteole will work with the trio of Ramson Madu, Bob Acholonu and Mangut Mbwas as assistants.
Heartland will start their Premier League season against three-time champions, Dolphins, at the Dan Anyiam Stadium next month.
