Onyekachi is kingpin in The Predictor's XI

Peter Onyekachi of Abia Warriors is my man of the week for putting up a display that nailed Akwa United in Wednesday's Glo Premier League.
There were plenty of top performers in the mid-week matches in the Nigerian top flight and Onyekachi's display, for me, deserves top marks.

Onyekachi had a hand in all of four goals in Abia Warriors' 4-1 over Akwa United and he got his own goal to cap a superb day in the office.

Chima Uluocha, Onyekachi's teammate and captain, also slots into one of the roles at centre-back in my team for his leadership and defending qualities.

Kano Pillars striker, Gambo Mohammed, came close to dislodging Onyekachi for my man of the week with a hat-trick of assists in his team's 4-1 win over Sharks in the top-of-the-table clash.

Gambo is joined in my three-man attack by the duo of Happy Okuoka and Christian Obiozor, who scored two goals apiece for their teams, Heartland and Rangers respectively.

Nasarawa United's Danjuma Paul gets the nod as my goalkeeper of the week. Paul's unorthodox style in the game against Nembe City helped the Solid Miners earn a point on the road.

Alex Akinyemi, Ibrahim Akide, Chidiebere Okolie, Emeka Eze and Sunshine Stars super-sub, Muyiwa Lawal, complete my team of the week.
