Dolphin Quartet Doubtful For Zamfara Game

Four key players of Dolphin Football Club are doubtful for Sunday’s Premier League clash with Zamfara United at the Liberation Stadium, Port Harcourt.
Three of the four players would not be part of the game, which would be used as a ceremony to honour Late Endurance Idahor.
Spokesman of the club, China Acheru, told Naijaligue.blogspot.com that one of the team’s strikers, Joseph Obinna Nwafor, is reportedly bereaved and has been absent for a number of games and it is uncertain if he would feature in this tie against Zamfara United, as he is also nursing an injury.
Acheru also revealed that the trio of John Huan, Emma Nwachi and Mutiu Adegoke would travel to Niamey with the Super Eagles Team B for the Championship for African Nations (CHAN) qualifiers against Niger Republic.
“Three of our players, John Huan, Emma Nwachi and Mutui Adegoke made the Super Eagles B team for this weekend’s game at Niger in the CHAN qualification game. Dolphins initially provided four players to the team, though Chris Ofili was dropped after a while,” Acheru said.
