Kaduna Utd Slams N.3m Fine On Goalie

Premier League side, Kaduna United, has reportedly penalized its goalkeeper, Ibrahim Pius, for unsporting behaviour during a Week 20 game in Aba against Enyimba.

Naijaligue.blogspot.com was informed by the club’s spokesman, Abdurahman Tonga, that the goalkeeper was fined the sum of N300,000 for calling the referee’s decision into question.

Tonga said the club chairman, Sabo Babayaro, wants the punishment to serve as deterrent to other players at the club.
