Your World of Champions will hit the quiet town of Ijebu-Ode for one of the Week 10 games of the Nigeria Premier League (NPL) between Sunshine Stars and Kwara United live on SuperSport Nine from 3.45pm.
It will be a battle between third and fourth placed sides in the Premier League billed for the Gateway International Stadium in Ijebu-Ode.
Definitely the coaches of the two sides, Gbenga Ogunbote of Sunshine Stars and Kadiri Ikhana of Kwara United will have lots of talents to throw into the fray.
Ukeyima Akombo (pictured), Ofem Inah, Cletus Itodo (pictured), Ibrahim Ajani (pictured), Ibrahim Babale, Godfrey Oboabona and Precious Osasco will don Sunshine shirts against Kwara United’s Suraj Sodiq, Olawale Isiaka, Gbenga Arokoyo, Chibuzor Osigwe, the Okemiri brothers – Ogbonnaya and Anthony on SuperSport.
Sunshine Stars’ defender, Inah, is confident going into this game and believes that it will be a good show for followers of the NPL on television.
“Sunshine Stars are ready to face Kwara United. We are confident of taking all points against them, and it is also good to know that this game will be watched on television live,” Inah told SuperSport.
Enyimba are the Premier League champions in Nigeria while SuperSport is the official broadcaster of the NPL.
