Dolphins' defender, Kennedy Chinwo (pictured) is relishing his side's big clash against title-chasing rivals, Sunshine Stars on Sunday.
Dolphins and Sunshine Stars go head-to-head in a potential title-deciding game of the Nigeria Premier League (NPL) at the Dipo Dina Stadium in Ijebu-Ode.
Chinwo, a former Heartland player, is full of confidence ahead of the clash in spite of Sunshine Stars' home invincibility this term.
"There's always an end to every beginning," Chinwo said talking of Sunshine Stars' perfect home run.
"As much as Sunshine Stars have not lost at home doesn't mean they can't be beaten in their ground. We are very capable of ending that record of Sunshine Stars this season.
"But I must say we are more focused on our own game rather than disturb ourselves with their record. I expect a very explosive game," Chinwo told SuperSport.com.
The former Nigerian Under20 defender is also keen to see his side stop Sunshine Stars' attacking line which has produced 47 goals so far this season.
"Yes they have scored more goals than any team and that's why they deserve to be given respect. So we need to be totally focused when we face them tomorrow (Sunday)," the Dolphins' man remarked.
Dolphins and Sunshine Stars are tied on 64 points on the league standings ahead of their Week 35 match in the NPL this Sunday.
