Udoji likes Enyimba's back line

Enyimba skipper and central defender, Chinedu Udoji, is proud to be part of the club’s record-breaking defence in the Glo Premier League and 2013 Federation Cup.

The quartet of Udoji, Bright Esieme, Uwadiegwu Ugwu and Mackson Ojobo, who also operates in the central defence have not conceded a goal in the Federation Cup since their 3-1 Round of 16 victory over 3SC.

Enyimba defeated Nasarawa United 1-0 in the quarterfinals and recorded the same scoreline against Lobi Stars in the semifinals.

The record-breaking defence has not let in any goal at home in the league this term.

Interestingly, the defence continued at Dolphins without conceding a goal.

“It’s a feat we achieved as a unit and we intend to continue this way. Our target is to win a silverware,” Udoji said to supersport.com.

The Enyimba defence will face Lobi Stars on matchday 30, in Aba.
