Players of NPL basement side, Ocean Boys are like sheep without shepherd with four matches to end the 2011/2012 season.
At the close of Matchday 34, the Brass-based side have managed 29 points from a possible 102 though with a game in hand at Sharks.
Ocean Boys players are owed over seven months salaries and match bonuses, among others.
SuperSport.com learnt that the players are nowhere near their camp preparatory for the resumption of league game suspended due to the ongoing group games of the Federation Cup.
A top player of the side, who wants to be nameless, told SuperSport.com that the team have practically folded up as there is no head directing affairs of the team at the moment.
"No player is in camp as we speak, they've gone to their respective homes. I am in my village right now and I can't tell you this is when I'll be returning.
"We've not trained after the Week 34 matches, and nobody is telling the players anything.
"It's like the Biblical saying 'to your tent oh Israel.'
"Of course, the morale of everybody is down, so nobody appears to have the courage to talk to anyone including the coaching crew and management staff.
"We've not been told when to resume training for the remaining games.
"It won't be shocking to later realise that Ocean Boys would not honour the last matches.
"Although, we couldn't be said to have actually honoured the last three matches.
"Our minds have been killed by the attitude of the owners of the team.
"I doubt whether a single player will stay back at the end of the season if situation stay the same.
"I'm marking time for the season to end so that I can look elsewhere to advance my career," he lamented.
